The state of Washington was well represented on Sunday at the finals of the National Drive, Chip & Putt Championships - The event has grown in popularity over the past few years to the extent that the finals are held at the Augusta National GC (home of the Masters Tournament) and are televised live by the Golf Channel - The event is open to kids ages 7-15 from the U.S. & Canada and the finalists have advanced from local and regional qualifying events - So just getting to the finals is quite an achievement

leading the list of locals is Taichan Chea (Bothell, WA.) - He won the title in the boys division ages 7-9 - In the girls division ages 12-13, Kasey Maralack (Snoqualmie, WA.) finished in a tie for 2nd - In the boys 12-13 division Conrad Chisman (Stanwood, WA.) finished 4th, while Zach Huang finished 10th in the boys 10-11 age division - Congratulations to all! - For complete results; click 92d1
