Brian Nosler still had work to do after carding his third straight 69 in regulation play before he could claim the title in the 82nd annual Toyota of Bellevue Washington state Open. He started the day tied with former Husky golfer and local amateur Derek Berg. Berg also shot 69 and the two were headed for a playoff. Nosler ended the drama early with a birdie on the first playoff hole to claim his first professional title in the Pacific Northwest. Berg, 2005 and 2006 Northwest Open Champion won low amateur awards with his strong finish.

Last years champion Tim Feenstra, closed with the low round of the day 67 to finish one shot out of the playoff. One of the highest finishes by a defending champion in some time. Ryan Benzel finished with a 70 to finish in 4th place all by himself. Rounding out the top five was Corey Prugh of Manito Country Club in Spokane who fired a final round 70 to finish in a tie for 5th with Brad Martin.

Host professional Scott Williams fired a final round 70 to finish T7 and first round leader Keith Coleman recoved from his second round 77 to shoot a final round 71 and finish T10.
