Oki Golf today outlined the process The Golf Club at Newcastle is following in order to become certified with the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses, and announced a series of course walks at which members of the public will be able to observe the plant and animal life on the 350-acre property. Jeff Gove has made his first cut of the PGA Tour season, shooting a four-under-par 68 in the second round of the Puerto Rico Open to complete 36 holes on 140, three shots inside the cut line. Kirk Triplett shot two consecutive 69s and has birdied the first two holes in his third round. Full story
