As you may have noticed, our site has received a recent overhaul.  In conjunction with a new and much less cluttered look, we now have the capability to self administer our site.  This means that we are no longer dependent on our “web guy” to post or update our content. Consequently our site can be kept much more current and we can report on area events almost as they happen.  This overhaul has been several years in the making (don’t EVEN get me started on that whole debacle) and we are excited about the opportunities it now provides.

One of the most popular aspects of the GolfWashington website has always been our state golf course directory.  It is here that we provide key information on every course in Washington and it has proven a useful resource for many area golfers.  While we push for accuracy, keeping a handle on so much information is difficult.  So should you discover any inaccuracies in our course information, please feel free to contact us with the correct information.  We’ll take all the help we can get in keeping our directory as accurate as possible.

New to our website this year is an on-line tee time reservation service and can offer area golfers the opportunity to reserve tee times (at reduced rates) at their favorite courses directly through the GolfWashington website.  In addition to booking tee times, many at reduced rates, we will also be highlighting stay & play packages along with internet deals offered at individual area courses.  When combined with latest news, witty editotrials, course reviews, instructional tips and tournament results to name just a few, we hope that our envigorated website will ultimately offer something for everyone.

Once again we are just getting up to speed, So please stay tuned, the best is most certainly yet to come.
