Tacoma Golf Show Starts Friday Print E-mail

Organized by the American Amateur Championship in conjunction with Cheney-based Par 5 Events, the Tacoma Golf Show begins Friday at the Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center. Doors will be open from 2pm to 4pm for players entered into the American Amateur Champioinship and their guests while the general public will be given access from 4pm to 6pm. Everyone is welcome on Saturday when the show runs from 10am to 6pm and Sunday when the hours are 11am to 4pm. All attendees will receive one free round at either Chambers Bay, Port Ludlow, Mt Si, Cedars at Dungeness or Auburn and be able to pick up mid-summer bargains at the TGW.com Demo-Zone. Other attractions include live music, beer gardens, chipping areas, putting greens, and a sports lounge. Admission is $8 for adults ($6 if purchased online at www.tacomagolfshow.com) and kids get in free.
