Interbay has nine three-day camps for 10-17-year-olds, costing $199. According to Director of Instruction Ron Hanson, the aim will be to teach juniors not quite ready to compete on the course the basic long and short game fundamentals. There is the option to extend to five days, the last two considered ‘play’ days focusing on games, competition, rules, etiquette, and sportsmanship. Ten two-day camps for 6-9-year-olds are also available and will cost $145. Practice balls, on-course play and some snacks are included in the price of each camp and upon completion each student will earn a certificate of achievement and a practice card entitling them to four buckets of balls and a round of golf.

Jackson Park will be offering a number of schedules designed to accommodate all age groups and skill levels. Its four-day 'Little Linkers' program will run five times throughout the summer and costs $165. Rudimentary golf skills are learned but the emphasis is very much on having fun. ‘This camp carefully considers golfer stamina, attention span, and skill level,’ says Paul Bourgette, assistant professional and junior camp coordinator, ‘and parents are encouraged to observe.’ Also available are programs for beginners, intermediate golfers and advanced players seeking to develop the finer points of the game, including psychology.
Jefferson Park’s twelve three-day camps which run between June and September will provide video analysis, range time, etiquette and rules instruction and daily golf, and will cost $199. Attend an extra two days for an additional $100.
